This website, Auto Glass Company Charlotte, is operated by Impex Auto Glass for drivers and businesses in south-east Charlotte and Union County, North Carolina. This page explains what the site collects and what happens to it.
The quote form
The quote form on this site is Impex Auto Glass’s own online quote form, run for Impex by its quoting service (Omega EDI) and shown here in a frame. What you enter in it goes to Impex Auto Glass through that service, not through this website, so that Impex can contact you with a quote and arrange the work. It is not sold, and it is used only to answer your request and to carry out the job you ask for.
Phone calls
The phone number on this site is connected to Impex Auto Glass through a call forwarding service, which records that a call took place, including the calling number and the time.
Insurance details
If you ask Impex to handle a glass claim, Impex uses the insurance details you give, such as your insurer, policy number and claim number, to deal with your insurer about that claim.
What the site does not do
It does not sell what you send. It sets no advertising cookies and loads no advertising scripts, and nothing you type into the quote form is sent to an advertising service.
Seeing, correcting or removing your details
To see, correct or remove what you have sent through this site, contact Impex Auto Glass using the details on the contact page. Records Impex has to keep for a completed job or an insurance claim may be kept for as long as that requires.
This policy may be updated; the version on this page is the current one.
